L&T (BIS)

 

An over view about Exam:-

This is a great opportunity for final year students to enter into a corporate world with high package. But You have to know precisely what is your passion and what you want to do in your life. LnT is a good company for those who are willing to do a Managerial type of job.

 

1st Stage :-Online Exam 

Online exam will consist of Two sections

Core Technical test (100 question, 2 hours) 

Aptitude test (100 questions , 1 hour)

To Crack this you need to be very fast in calculations with accuracy as there will be less time for each question.Technical syllabus will be our core subjects and more focused on Network Theory,Power Systems and Control Systems.

 

2nd Stage :- F2F Interview 

If you are good with Fundamentals of EE it'll be cake walk for you to crack LnT Interview stage.In any interview mostly the first question will be Introduction.So you have to be very confident when you are Introducing yourself.

1) How did I prepared for Lnt! 

As I have prepared for GATE-20 ,I didn't put any special efforts for LnT BIS 2020 program .Before the Exam day For the sake of preparation I just revised Formulas & Important Definitions.

I think Preparing for Gate will help you a lot in cracking LnT. That's all  about preparation.

2) Opinion on Present Post!! 

I have qualified for BIS 2020 program But I didn't Join in the M.tech Program provided by LnT mostly in IIT M. Because as LnT is well related to CIVIL department I thought I'll miss the zist of Electrical things. If you join LnT, my sincere suggestion to all my dear juniors “You have to be very clear with your goal and life style you wanted to live the rest of your life...” 

This is what made me to reject the LnT offer.
 

So I have rejected the offer by LnT You can guess my Present Post 

(Full Day Free time 😄).

 

3)Suggestions to my dear juniors!!!
    1)Be sure and confident about your aim to achieve in your life
    2)Always have a plan-B For every decision you take for the sake of your life.
    3)Don't Compromise with your Life ,Life is not about compromising, Life  is about Living.
    4)Don't go with the flow of life,Go against to it then you can see the magic in it.

5) FINAL YEAR things to do !!!!!
    
    You will have more free time, just use it.We have missed to feel the end moments of our college so you people don't miss them. Because after Your Final year you can not go to college as a student again. So my suggestion for you guys  about college environment is.. atleast enjoy the campus in final year Do all those things which you have hesitated to do in your previous years of college life 😅
